I like to fix things. Things that are not meant to be fixed , like a plastic chair.

I'm into (not necessarily in order, and not necessarily practice): data science, old bycicels, compost, flowers, medicinal plants, code, clojure, football (the real one), reuse, love, peace, junk, collecting junk, old things, guitar, rock stars, plain text, emacs (fanatic gone a stray), trees, fruit trees, grow your own, DIY, spoon carving,

I hereby coin the term "Ptolemaic Code" to refer to software that appears functional but is based on a fundamentally incorrect model of the problem domain. As more code is generated by AI, the prevalence of such code is likely to increase.

I cry a lot lately
Long ago, I was an angry young man who railed against all the injustices of the world, but time has passed, I have matured and learned so much more about things, and now I am an angrier old man.
My back hurts from overthinking, give me cheers if you feel the same.

Unlearning can be hard.

It often means admitting that things you believed were true are no longer valid.

It can be uncomfortable and sometimes scary.

But it's necessary to make progress and continue growing.

@catsalad hmm voted but no clue what's this about :)
I forget things. There's a single moment during my morning routine in the office, where I reach for my bag to get my headphones. The amount of suspense there is very high. If it's not there I cry.

@gvwilson thanks

I think #bullshitAI is fitting here no?
