so uh
we rescued a set of 4K movie film scanners

does anyone need a set of 4K movie film scanners

if you have a need for a cinema film scanner (or can give it a good home!), and can arrange to have it transported from the Seattle area, message me on fedi or e-mail me at [email protected]

You likely know this already. These 20 companies enrich their CEOs and pump up the stock with buy-backs, while lowering wages for employees, who are then reliant on SNAP and Medicare (IF they can get it) to survive.

I won't be giving them my business. Here's the report and the list of the 20 biggest offenders:

I moved to a new instance, here's my re- #introduction

Hello people. I'm Ari, although I'm better known by my handle APz or apzpins in the social media. This is my #pinball and #retrogaming account.

I'm an IT guy by day, dedicating my free time to keep #pinball alive. My hobby has turned from owning a single game at home to an #arcade full of them over the years, with my partner @quester helping me run it.

Lately I've been leaning more more towards the restoration and maintenance of the games. I especially love early solid state pins.

I'm a very #DIY -spirited person, often having to come up with creative ways to fix something that's been long obsolete. I do a lot of #3dprinting, tabletop #cnc and #laser'ing, among other things.

In addition to pinball machines, I'm into mechanical and video arcade games, #retrocomputing, owning plenty of machines like #Commodore, #Atari, PCs and old servers.

I run a #Peertube instance to archive my video projects at https://video.apz.fi/

I mostly post in English, but I'll reply in other languages where I can, I can do #Finnish and conversational #Spanish.

I love animals and I often post pictures of our cats.

Went to the museum and saw the Rothko, and then ate the Rothko cake. #pdx
Looks like my Mint upgrade isn’t going well. It literally looks like Greek to me.

A new painting.

Badlands (oil and acrylic on canvas).

I kinda figured it out. If I turn off "Slow down for overhangs" it goes away. BUT my overhangs then look crappy. Trying to find a happy medium.
welp I'm nailing down discrepancies where I find them but nothing has helped. I did notice it's only happening on layers that have overhanging paths. Cant find any modifiers related to that that help.
Hey #3dprinting folks. I’ve got under extrusion happening but mostly just after holes and voids. There is a little wobble on corners opposite seams but I’m not sure if that’s even related. I’ve been printing little test tiles tweaking everything I can think of but nothing seems to change it. Does this look familiar to anyone? Any ideas?
