I've never had a good experience with Dell's tech support team. It looks like it's maybe been outsourced to a company called Aligned Automation, who has designed the entire repair flow to elevate and perfect the art of customer enragement. I think it's beyond repair at this point.
Roku:
- created an entire product category in *2008*
- spent the next two decades ceding UX to advertising blight
- thought their users wanted them to be more than a hardware vendor
- lost the war to the semi-open Google TV platform
- cashed out this week

The overuse of the word "genuinely" on Reddit makes me want to write a browser plugin.

I gave GrapheneOS a shot a few months ago. The first thing that struck me was how many apps I couldn't use anymore. Some crashed at launch, some errored at launch, and some just had broken features. I want Graphene to succeed, but man I just don't see things getting any better.
I didn't think Widow's Bay could possibly get any funnier than the 4th episode but then along came episode 5 and proved me wrong.
