@cimm It's probably going to need some more tweaking, but I've added a bit more weight to national cycle routes for now. For the F29, you'll have to select the Gravel profile though, since it has some offroad sections. I've also added an option at the bottom of the side panel to show or hide national cycle routes, in case you want to create your routes in a more manual way.

The algorithm currently favours roads with bike infrastructure, and those can indeed be busy roads. The F29 would also be over 10% longer. One thing I've been thinking about is showing the fietssnelwegen on the map in a way that doesn't add too much clutter. That way you can at least see where they are if you don't know the region.

Any #swiftui specialists here? Can TimelineView handle side effects (e.g. haptic feedback) at dates in the future? When the watch screen is dimmed (always on), several views are created at once, and all side effects are triggered at once too. 🤔
