I also made savory hamantaschen! These are feta & caramelized onion filled. They didnât hold together as well as a few years ago. I realized I forgot to seal them with egg white this time around. Itâs fine. They are delicious! (We ate some right out of the oven. Yum!)
#PurimAdventures in making hamantaschen: Decided to use an oil dough this year instead of my butter dough and immediately regretted it. So sticky and way too finicky! Anyway, many tears and so much extra flour later⌠weâve got hamantaschen!!!!
