heart
pacman
ghost
run

"The time here on C982 FM is just coming up to the 26th century. Here's John and Yoko who, like me, wish war isn't just over, but never even gets started..."

The standouts for me, for being not what I expected and/or sheer brilliance:
- 7 Miles Out by Carol Morley
- Original Rockers by Richard King (learnt so much about my hometown via a shop I used to frequent)
- A Month in the Country
- What a Carve Up! by Jonathan Coe
- The Hollow Land by Jane Gardam
Books I have read so far in 2023. You may laugh at how short the list is. And one of them I have no memory of reading at all... #reading #bookstodon #Backlisted

"You're tuned to BFBS, and the Lethbridge Stuart Power Hour. Now for some Bachman Turner Overdrive..."

No.10 in an occasional series, 'The microphones of Doctor Who.'
