My desk is incredibly messy but! here’s some sweet, dithered #circuitpythonday2025 graphics on a 7.5” eink display with a Feather ThinkInk running #circuitpython
this friday is #CircuitPythonDay2025 - we've got a lot of fun videos and livestreams planned at @adafruit that will be airing all day. check out this blog post for the schedule: https://blog.adafruit.com/2025/08/11/circuitpython-day-is-august-15-2025-2/ #circuitpython
And of course those Nixie tube numbers are screaming to be a clock. The board is a metro esp32-s3 and I’m using the world time API to easily get the time
I designed this PCB back in January and just got around to testing it today (did something happen in January? Can’t quite put my finger on it..). It’s an Arduino shield for four of the vertical newxie displays (https://www.adafruit.com/product/6113) which are screaming to show Nixie tube numbers
Finally got around to a #circuitpython experiment I’d been thinking about for a while. OV5640 camera breakout wired up to a metro RP2350 with PSRAM. Video feed is send via HSTX DVI. In the code, the video is dithered gameboy camera style and the color is controlled with 3 pots (not yet wired up). I really like how the video feedback looks with the dithering
I was ringing out a circuit on the floor like one does and Harriet came over to assist
