@Sunshine If anything, I wish the government would target the cause of tooth decay and obesity by regulating sugars. While they’re at it, they could ban artificial food coloring and seed oils, roll out education on processed food, and assign warning labels to various food products. Fluoride in the water is a bandaid on a bullet wound.

@Sunshine TBH, fluoride really shouldn’t be in the drinking water. It has a lot of negative side effects and the one benefit of preventing tooth decay. We should really keep medication out of the drinking water and maybe make tooth paste free for low income households.

There should probably be more public education for dental hygiene. Fluoride a neurotoxin & caustic industrial chemical and linked with bone diseases and deformities in newborns when mothers consume high doses.
