More Geometry Nodes in Blender. This time trying for something less abstract, still leaning heavily on instances. The leaves are using a procedural that allows different variations on each leaf through shading, though the geometry is instanced.

Weird seacreature in Geometry Nodes in Blender 3.0 beta unported (lil creative commons joke)
There's only 3 unique pieces of geometry in this - my challenge was to try to create something organic using only instances (It's realtime!!!) Did I succeed?

Was sick of seeing the default bright titlebar for #blender in #gnome , so made a smol python hack that sets (just) the main window titlebar to the dark theme, using xprop. Only tested for Xorg/Gnome, get it on gitlab

Mastodon does not store passwords in plain text. This is trivial to confirm as Mastodon is an open-source project. We use the bcrypt algorithm for one-way hashing of passwords. I can't believe someone is spreading misinformation about something so trivial to debunk.
