Xmas dinner prep is in full swing. Egg free dough filled with fermented almond ricotta, truffles and dried tomatoes. Everything homemade and plantbased.

Just received the copies of my German @TeamTopologies translation from O‘Reilly. It feels awesome to finally hold this book in my hands. O‘Reilly Germany did an amazing job in maintaining the visual design of the original book. This one looks awesome.

Current state of todays pasta production. It’s good to finally have a midweek bank holiday without any business travel or conference this year. Probably my first one in 2023.
