Roald Dahl was an unrepentant racist and misogynist.

Perhaps instead of being upset that some words were changed in his books to make them less offensive - especially since many of his books were edited before publication to make them less offensive in the first place - we should be asking why his books are still popular at all.

I just finished #StrayGame.

It is a puzzle action #VideoGame, which I normally don't like. But getting to control a cat - with all the manerisms of a cat - made it more interesting somehow.

It isn't a long game. Which is good, because I was about at my limit when I finished it. It was definitely worth the sale price I payed during the #Steam Winter Sale.

Now that it appears that Hasbro/Wizards Of The Coast are intent on shooting both their feet off when it comes to #DungeonsAndDragons , it should be noted that #Pathfinder remains licensed under the Open Gaming License.

#FateRPG - if you looking for a more narrative based game - is licensed under OGL or Creative Commons.

The role playing community has options other than D&D.
