I'm going to start using Mastodon more frequently, and I wanted to start by asking what people think about the impact of #ArtificialIntelligence on #ProgrammingLanguages. Consider the following impacts: how AI can influence the design and implementation of PL, how AI will impact the #SoftwareDevelopment and #SoftwareEngineering process, and what AI will do to the PL and SE communities, in terms of the impact on #practitioners, #educators, and #researchers.
