Didn't have much bandwith for a proper rambled today. So I stepped away, took a breath and then scribble a poem about my age. It's a first draft, and I already have ideas where to go with it, but for now I say we all just enjoy it as it is. A newborn poem is a rare moment.
Absolutely nothing happened today. Nothing at all. That's why it's the perfect time to review resolutions and figure out what I want to do for the year ahead.
Hey, if taxes can wait till the middle of April, why can't I?

As promised, the Trail Blazers made the transition into a new era under Tom Dundon and I have a controversial opinion for the board: I don't think Jodi Allen was a bad owner. It might sound crazy, but hear me out.
The Trail Blazers just had their best win of the season. I haven't cheered that loudly for a big game in years. Exhilaration doesn't even begin to describe it.

Isaac Asimov has done it again. He's got me knee-deep in the entire Robot/Empire/Foundation universe and wanting to go deeper.
Here's some reasons why.
There was a time when my life was spent listening endlessly to music. A time when the only calendar item was the next artist interview or a show to review. A time when the only thing worth rambling about was another album.
This is one of those times.
Been dealing with a cold the past few days. It's been tough, but I am finding it is not without benefits. Specifically, it's helped me reinforce new routines, but I'd remiss to spoil it all here.
