@GIMP A certain behavior of GIMP annoyed me, so I decided to create an issue/feature request on improving UI/UX.
This is what I did:

@GIMP could you maybe add a link to ux-team issue tracker at https://www.gimp.org/bugs/ ?
I see now that links to both trackers are present at https://www.gimp.org/develop/ (which I didn't visit initially), but not at .../bugs page.
I think it might be likely for a user to (1) think of their "UX feedback" either as a "feature request" or a "bug", and (2) expect a project to have the only one bug tracker/issue tracker (like many smaller projects do). which might lead them to finding https://www.gimp.org/bugs/ page or the "main" issue tracker first (like it happened to me). Following a direct link to correct issue tracker could save a bunch of steps (including issues with copying URL in GitLab UI, and searching the wrong tracker for existing issues).
BTW, do you know if it is possible to submit a report to the issue tracker via email, without registration? Like here https://todo.sr.ht/~rjarry/aerc
Looks like this feature exists in GitLab, but might need to be configured: https://docs.gitlab.com/user/project/service_desk/ (I never used it, just found)

Have you ever tried to use your corporate gmail as a secondary for your github account?
Is it possible to receive organization-related github notifications (Issues, PRs conversations) to the work email, but keep other notifications (e.g. open source projects) in your personal mail?
Is it possible to select an appropriate email (personal/work) when you use "login with github" feature? E.g. when I login to some service (sonarcloud) that relies on me having a corporate e-mail for authorization.

Do I get it correctly, that you disallow < and > symbols because you display plaintext passwords on HTML pages/other XML documents without proper encoding?
Do you use plaintext passwords for filenames (surely <, > and spaces are bad options for filenames)?
What could be the reasons to prohibit these symbols?
