At last, Europe finally understands: the US is no longer its ally

For a year the west has made eyes at Donald Trump while he looks on in disdain. It’s time to move on

HNY!
May your longish nights and shortish days be full of anticipation of goodness, a feeling of wonder, and joy in living, and may we all learn to stand beside and up for each other.
Troubled by the rise of fascism here (on the lap of Mafiosi paternalism), but working to organize communities. Employed but always looking. Colds and allergies abound but generally in good health. I guess, The Usual is still in progress. I am thankful for whatever makes the world brighter for me, mine, and you and yours. If it doesn't make your life better, then I am against it. Those are the "good wishes" I offer you today. Please do the same wherever possible. 💛

RIP Bill Leicht 1936 - 2025
William ("Bill") Searby Leicht passed away on October 1, 2025, at the age of 89.

One of my mentors at a pivotal time in my life, who helped me to take real risks to make the world a better place by having done so himself. We worked together in Aiki Extensions and training other peace activists.
