UK folks who do a lot of batch cooking: the Easter veg wars have begun at UK supermarkets.
Most of them have 4p/8p/15p bags of carrots, spuds, brown onions and swede.
Top mentions for Aldi who are doing large garlic bulbs for 4p, and Lidl who are doing big bags of echalion shallots for 8p.
I think Tesco might be the only place to get cheap greens (broccoli, cabbage), maybe Asda. We don't have either near us so it'll have to wait until I'm passing in the next day or two.
My beloved Canon DSLR seems to have died. (60D)
Repairs seem to unecomonical (>15 years old, so no parts) I have 4 lenses, so do I go with a newer model body?
Canon seem to be pushing mirrorless now, which I think I'd need an adaptor for.
I have not kept up on my camera tech for a while.
But had a project I was planning to use it on this week.
