Quick Tip! sometimes i really want to make my single serving banana bread, but no bananas in the house or they are not ripe enough! not a problem anymore! when i buy bananas i buy one or two extra and let them get really ripe. next peel the banana, arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet or plate and freeze. when frozen solid, pop them into a ziploc and pit back in the freezer. you will always have a ripe banana for banana bread🍌
