Highly-miscellaneous queer identity-anarchist from the "Oregon Trail generation"

Neurodivergences: ADD (non-H), major depression, oppositional defiant, "third culture"

Interests: very yes, especially deep theory into anything

Recreation: video games (playing and making), anime/manga, hard sci-fi, cooking, ceramics, DIY

Pronoun: it (fixed gender is dumb and gendered pronouns are even dumber)

@Moss
Given what happened with poor Nimrod, I wouldn't be too surprised if it were more clever than it seems

@llewelly
It's a soft "ch", rather than the hard Italian "ch", so probably egg mochi? 🤔

Or maybe it's a game about loneliness and isolation, "tamago bocchi"

Wait . . . the isolation of being an egg? Was tamagotchi secretly always a transgender game? 🫪

Listen, when I said "non-binary" did I fucking stutter?

One possibility is that, given legal cover, the employees at the Kennedy Center are taking it down themselves.

Ents vs Centaurs version of "it is a good day to die"

If you do feel like testing this, you can compare how they respond to (regular) corn syrup, which is almost entirely glucose.

Kinda curious how they respond to maple syrup (mainly sucrose with extra nutrients) or even molasses (mega-dose of those extra nutrients), too, come to think of it.

@futurebird @llewelly
It's also possible that they don't like sucrose specifically. The glucose and fructose in honey aren't linked together.
@floatybirb Probably park the main ship at whatever is the ideal distance to harvest energy via solar (stellar?) panels, I'd imagine. Send out probes to start, then maybe manned shuttles if there's anything worth a closer look.

@Ambulocetus
I like this aesthetically, but let's also not lose sight of the fact that one of these things is not like the others.

Pandemics and fascisms have endless historical precedent and will, in the worst case where we do nothing about them, eventually burn themselves out after killing a ton of people.

Anthropogenic climate change is a) without precedent, and b) will burn *us* out, killing all of the people.
