I emailed @alsobrooks.senate.gov about her stance on KOSA & the SCREEN act with 5+ articles on the fascist dangers to privacy & queer folks.

Her reply is that she cares about all the things I do & that’s why she proudly supports these bills that put those things at risk.

I’m so tired.

Every day feels like another day we can’t get back.

New tragedies that could have been avoided.

Lives lost that could have been saved.

And all I can do is what I’ve been doing and it feels so…not enough.

I’m tired, and scared, and I want this to stop.

I know leftists don’t trust cops (for good reason, even the “good” cops are still enacting state violence to enforce an unjust system with little room for accountability) but I do think that shifting the loyalty of cops wherever possible is still worthwhile.

We can use all the help we can get.
