Passover fosters mixed feelings these days.
I never liked the framing of the plagues; but it’s worse when the idea of our sacred homeland is being used to say such a cruel idea as “Slaughter of the first born” is one that the Israeli government endorses and far too many Jews see value in.
Honestly seeing people talk about No Kings as if it’s pointless are so clearly not following the indivisible social media accounts.
Someone I know said they are “an arm of the Democratic Party”.
Look, criticism is fine, but base it on actual facts. Things ARE being done, at least criticize those.
No fascist will ever stop me from loving my trans friends. I will always love trans people for exactly who they are and I will always support their fight for the respect and the rights they are owed.
