In days of yore (circa 1990 when I wrote my trunk novel) office supply stores sold 'manuscript boxes': inexpensive boxes of thin card stock that would hold a ream of paper that happened to be printed on with wide margins, double spaced, in Courier...

Does anyone still sell those? Do they have a different name? Online search does not seem to be turning up any, but that might be due to the appalling state of online search.
