@QasimRashid That’s not true. The Israeli government said from day one that the objective is to destroy Hamas. You may disagree but you should not misrepresent. And while we can argue whether that is achievable, it is certainly a worthy and just objective.

@grayladywriter SCOTUS also indicated, a day later, that the president can instruct all agencies to ignore this. It might be a crime, but it would be an official act and absolutely immune, and so would any pardon he grants automatically to anyone following his instruction. They are simply counting on him not to use the paradox they created.
