The second package has a more normal/expected timeline, but it still got a little lost:
HK > Alaska > Kentucky > BC
8247 km = ANC > CVG > YVR
2141 km = ANC > YVR
So it travelled an extra 6106 km.
(the flight distance calculator I was using did not have an airport in Louisville, KY so I used Hebron, KY)
The tracker timestamps are also hilarious, making it look it went from HK to AK to HK to KY
A company I ordered from is using #SpaceshipApp to ship packages, and all I can think of is that spaceships are not a great mode of transport for shipping packages!
Just look at the dates:
2026-04-02 label created
2026-04-09 picked up
2026-04-10 sorted
2026-04-11 at airport
2026-04-15 takes flight
2026-04-18 next sorting facility
Clearly it kept getting lost.
