Grumpy PhilosopherMy partner has come back from working at the local food bank angry again. Food banks shouldn't just exist to ensure people don't go hungry. Their purpose ought to also be to preserve the dignity and self-respect of their users. Paternalism, petty bureaucracy, & arbitrariness don't help with this.

I love it when train doors align at the end of a tunnel. The red tiles at Green Park station make this the ideal location to capture this moment.
It wasn't luck though, instead I froze the moving train with a fast shutter. It took ages to get it centred.
