This is an attempt at a description of the kaiju "Edward", from the book "Kaiju Preservation Society". Edward is so named because of the courting between it and the already named "Bella". In the book, the main characters must use artificial pheromones to get the two to actually mate, as the species is endangered and IIRC Edward is too shy? It's been a couple of years since I read it and immediately drew this.

I drew this on a cottage trip, wow. A whole decade ago.
I have not been back once since, since I had an intense allergen/athsma attack that lasted the entire long weekend.
