won’t say what this is in regards to
Asking the real questions

I, being but a fool, regularly strive to earn precisely half a shilling.

Anything more, but especially less, and we enter the commitment to trouble.

Trouble nods in your direction regardless

Learning the piano. sometimes you eat the bar, and sometimes the bar eats you

Ted:
My orders came through. My squadron ships out tomorrow. We're bombing the storage depots at Daiquiri at 1800 hours. We're coming in from the north, below their radar.

Elaine:
When will you be back?

Ted:
I can't tell you that. It's classified.

I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good, therefore, that I can do or any kindness I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it for I shall not pass this way again.

Computer, find me a community of people who literally become books, and represent this with a book cover that goes hard

Computer: β€œhave you heard the temperature at which books burn?”

There is this dystopian dread when you ask, β€œwhere can I go to not be seen?” But it’s going to be okay.

When being unseen is not possible, a new hope lies not in invisibility but in COMMUNITY -

being truly seen by those who will preserve and protect you, stand with you against the systems trying to track and control. Not hiding in plain sight, but thriving in plain sight through collective care and resistance.

Reject the isolation of trying not to be seen, embrace finding your scene

Ben circa 2025, it chills my blood that the warnings were insufficient

Dr. King’s Enduring Wisdom

To grow wise (sight) by lived experience,
to see that fairness is our only path forward,

and denial leads to shared downfall (restraint).

It takes courage (embrace) to face our deep interdependence,
to step beyond the comfort of separation.

Living together demands equal dignity for all (honor),
choosing connection over conflict.

When we see our shared humanity,
we extend compassion even to those who reject unity,

and in this wisdom we find our shared salvation.
