Just want to add my own thoughts on this... I wouldn't doubt at all if the US and (especially) Israel have contemplated using nukes in Iran. They know they cannot win this despite all if their bravado. I think the more likely scenario is that Trump will use the "moab" bomb he demonstrated during his first term. It would be utterly devastating in an urban environment like Tehran.
