I made this triple chickpea pasta using chickpea pasta, seasoned air fried chickpeas and hummus which blends up into a cream sauce like flavor for #vegan dinner in like 20 minutes.
I added peanut butter powder to these #vegan pancakes and it was delightful post #run breakfast. Now that the endorphins are out of me i feel like I’ve ran a long way and I’m so tired.
This Friday night dinner is pretty delightful. Black beans and rice with a baguette was one of the first #vegan dishes I fell in love with when I started #meatless meals.
Had a rough day #running. Couldn’t motivate for a morning run, went out in the afternoon and felt Terrible. Glad I did it, it’ll round up to a better one. At least that’s what I’m telling myself. #toughrun
I really struggled #running my first race of the season in the warm air. Even in in the morning a 5k in July is a lot. That said I finished and improved my time from the last two times I’ve ran 3 miles. Next race is on my birthday in 6 weeks.
