Apple’s new slogan should be “act different.”
Today, we informed Apple of our preliminary view that its App Store rules are in breach of the Digital Markets Act, as they prevent app developers from freely steering consumers to alternative channels for offers and content.
We also opened a new non-compliance procedure over concerns that its new contractual requirements for third-party app developers and app stores fall short of ensuring effective #DMA compliance.
Today I felt really bad after I realize I gave wrong indications to a guy in the #lisbon Subway, in my defense I have to say it was a #googlemaps fault.
The guy showed me the app with directions to an station, we were in the Yellow Line 🟡but the google maps app showed a route in Red color 🔴 so I instantly tell the guy “this is the 🟡 Line, you have to find the 🔴 line.
Come one #google use common UX sense and be like #Citymapper, use the same subway line color as the route color.
