Strategic #Marketing, #Comms & #Copywriting for changemakers.

I'm a #WorkingMum trying to leave the world in a more hopeful state for tiny humans everywhere, including mine. You won't see little grub's face here but - oh boy - will you hear about his (my) insatiable love of snacks.

En route into London for day one of an exciting new chapter. Drinking kefir as though gut bacteria will stop me from catching another winter bug on the train. This was always my placebo at the airport too - Comptoir Libanaise pickle selection in Heathrow departures. Might not work that way but it's a bit of self-nurturing at least.
In these unprecedented times there's not one right thing everyone needs to do. There's as many things to be done as people with the skill, heart, and courage to do them. The trick, and the joy, is finding *your* spot.

What's on your #tbr pile as we enter the start of this year?

For me, it's two mouth-watering books that I can't wait to get stuck into: #HowToBeACraftivist by Sarah Corbett and #TheLightWeCarry by Michelle Obama. Both are inspiring and supporting my #YearOfGentleness (more on that soon)

I'm in a big transition phase so, for now, gentleness means posting the picture regardless of the Christmas chaos still all over the floor and eating cereal for lunch guilt-free. #WorkingParent

Last night, I tried a contemporary dance class. Not because it's #NewYearNewMe but because watching it has always soothed me and I wondered if doing it would have the same soothing effect on my body as my mind.

Stretching. Swishing. Singing along. Yep, I think this one's for me.

It's my first day back in the office and big, exciting changes are afoot.

Returning to work after #Maternity leave has been a wild ride that knocked me sideways almost as hard as leaving the workforce to have a baby in the first place.

I'm excited to settle into purpose-driven work this year; balancing my drive for career development with the most rewarding yet exhausting job I've ever had - raising my tiny human.

Hello! I'm new here, part of the great blue bird migration.

I'm looking for a new roost at the intersection of #ClimateAction, #SciComms and the push for economic and political reform. (ever motivated by #DoughnutEconomics)

My lens: the role of comms and marketing in driving radical transformation.

Come say hi! Send dog pics! (Do we do that here?)
