Thanksgiving is another part of colonizer/white supremacist whitewashing of history and invisibilizing of indigenous people, ignoring atrocities and stolen land.

Thanksgiving is also an excuse to make too much food (including this delicious pie that I made!), spend time with loved ones, and reflect on things we're grateful for.

Both of these things can be (and are) true.
