The final demonstrator workshop for the Arilje raspberry pilot took place in Serbia, bringing together local authorities, the Chamber of Commerce and several cold storage companies to explore how blockchain and data tools can support traceability and quality control in PDO Arilje raspberries.

The ALLIANCE team will join the IMEKOFOODS Conference 2025, contributing to a dedicated workshop on โTraceability and Trust Solutions in EU Food Supply Chains.โ โ๏ธโ๐ฅ
This session is organised in collaboration with sister projects of the EU Cluster for Food Traceability and Trust, showcasing how Horizon Europe research is shaping safer, more transparent, and trustworthy food systems. ๐ข
The main objective of the conference is to present the technological offerings piloted in the ALLIANCE EU project and key policy recommendations to policymakers, and open up a debate with stakeholders.
In addition to presentations from project partners, the programme includes guest speakers from the European Commission and from the ๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ก ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐, Fisheries and Food, as well as a roundtable with members of the EU Cluster for food traceability and trust.
