I can only assume that this weekend will be the triumphant return of Street Fighter X Tekken, and that they are going to remove gems from the game entirely, patching them out from all versions incl-esp the PS3 version. And they're going to fix the Steam version of SFxT so you can play it online, and they're going to offer it for sale in exchange for USD dollaridoos and perhaps other currencies, fiscal-style!!

My kid is the greatest, and she got to use a laser engraver at summer camp! (Happy Father's Day, #fgcdads!)

So outside of fighting games, I've been *really* enjoying this podcast called "A Language I Love Is..." where the interviewer (who's a historical linguist/syntactician) has on individual guests to tell the audience about a language that they love. You get somebody on and they'll talk about some language you've heard of, or maybe a historical language, or a tiny one and maybe it's endangered, or whatever. And they just enthuse about this language and why they love it. I think it's sick as heck.

What if we had an interview series like that, but for fighting games? Would you want to go on an interview show like that and tell people about why you love KILLER INSTINCT and why more people should play it? (or whatever game you love?) -- moreover, would you watch/listen to that kind of a show?
