@mark what’s interesting is I could see the full preview of your screenshot in the public build, but it’s a small cropped preview in the new beta.
@verge I find my AppleTV to be a great solution. Sometimes the tv (G5) will mute its self and place the mute logo on screen. Doesn’t affect output as I’m using eARC with Sonos arc ultra, but all seems fine.
@christianselig fair, but what are you going to do with all the excess electricity produced in the summer?

@christianselig @layoutSubviews grid will continue to green over time. Do you have a sell-back feature with your local utility provider? Selling power to the grid really accelerated my ROI.

As for install size, you’ll still require permitting which is where you may find sizing limits implemented.

@christianselig @layoutSubviews are you sure they won’t limit you for non-grid tied? You also don’t want to cut the grid tie IMHO.

I had 15kW on my house which was tons for 2 EV’s, a heat pump, full family, and hefty count of powered devices.

No batteries though. Ideally if a storm is coming — charge early… my hope would be Vehicle to Home charging in an emergency vs worrying about charging both EV’s via a battery.

@todd @mark yup! Brought my bike to Florida.
@todd @mark same! Where are we meeting? A bike park in NW Arkansas?
@whophd @viticci … yes but in this case, the LG G5’s HDR profile comes broken out of the box.
@relausen @paul I think he means iCal.

@whophd @viticci first issue, this TV specifically needs an HDR firmware update out of the box.

Second, having no cable service — sometimes the LG channels might offer a local station I wouldn’t otherwise have access to.

I think banning the TV on the router side might instead be the play.
