Itโs about a women who tells her friend to go after the girl he likes while secretly sheโs also in love with him but knows he doesnโt feel the same. I remember being in my teen years, listening to this song and really feeling like I lost the love of my life. HA! It was re-released as ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฎ ๐ ๐ ๐ถ for the album ๐๐๐ก๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ ๐๐ช๐จ ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ค๐จ, ๐๐ค๐ก. ๐๐. This album is also very rare as they no longer sell it. You can hear a very young Selena singing. I came across this song while watching the ๐๐๐ก๐๐ฃ๐ movie and havenโt been able to get it out of my head. We need it on streaming ASAP!

This was originally a Japanese song performed by Kyu Sakamoto. There have been several covers of this song, but Selena Y Los Dinos recorded a Spanish translated version from Janice-Marie Johnson lyrics. The music remained mostly unchanged. This became a really popular song and honestly is very soothing and relaxing.

This song was originally included in Barrio Boyzzโs album of the same name. It was also included on Selenaโs ๐ผ๐ข๐ค๐ง ๐๐ง๐ค๐๐๐๐๐๐ค and then an English version was included on the album ๐ฟ๐ง๐๐๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ค๐ช. The English version still had Selenaโs Spanish vocals but replaced Barrio Boyzz with English vocals.

OG Selena fans will also know there is another version from the album ๐๐ช๐ฃ๐๐ฆ๐ช๐๐ฉ๐ค ๐๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ค. Do you know that one?
