May 6th of last year was the day that my life shattered as I felt my dog taking his last breath.

That's a wound that will never close, a feeling of longing that will never go away, and a piece of my heart that is lost forever.

I'm lucky to be surrounded by people that love me, but throughout this year the biggest regret I have is not knowing if I gave him enough love.

I think about you every day my sweet Peter, sending you kisses through the clouds.

Doctor: "Appointment is at 1:40pm so please show up at 1:20pm and be on time"

I arrive at 1:15pm
They let me in the examination room at 2pm
The doctor shows up at 2:30pm

I understand the world is shit, people are horrible, life in unfair, and everyone is trying to eat each other, but holy shit some people can't ever stop being negative about everything.

Call it a coping mechanism, or my privileged white ass, but I need at least one interaction a day to be positive, especially if it's just you and me coding our stupid little app.

Find joy in the little thing, don't always be the person that sucks they energy out of a room
