@EclipseFdn I can't convince accounts.eclipse.org to send me a password reset email. I've checked spam. It just never arrives.

GitHub's PR system is hard to use, especially keeping track of comments, especially when the branch is rebased. There must be better alternatives out there, but they'd have to be really good to justify switching, i.e. going from bad to mediocre isn't enough. What should I be looking at?

Looking for a pager with fzf-like filtering. I'd like to (continuously) pipe something into it, and then apply the filter, probably over some sliding window so it doesn't gradually consume all memory. Anything like that?

I've been using Vagrant for years, most recently as a management layer on Docker. Unfortunately Vagrant is bitrotting now that Hashicorp sold to IBM. What should I be considering to manage local containerized/virtualized dev environments these days?
