For those not freaking out yet about the SAVE Act: yes, having a passport gets you around the name restriction. But do you know who solely controls the issuing (and in recent cases, the cancellation) of passports? The State Department, part of the Executive Branch, all departments of which Trump has previous said must report directly to him.
👉 The SAVE Act puts the decision of who is allowed to vote directly in the hands of one madman 👈
