Whether it’s Texas de Brazil, Fogo de Chao or whatever; the thing at a Brazilian steakhouse is you essentially have to use the same logic you’d use at a strip club: don’t make eye contact unless you want someone coming over with meats.

What’s so ridiculous to me is how easy people assume creative professionals have it. I’ve designed professionally for over 20 years in print and motion and worked as a paid screenwriter for 12 years. If you had any idea how stressful and personally corrosive these professions are, you would launch your laptop off a roof and have the language center of your brains removed. Some days I miss being a bouncer like you would not believe.
