Mit Tariflöhne werden die Beschäftigten am effektivsten vor niedrigen Löhnen geschützt. Gut, dass die Landesregierung in #Niedersachsen jetzt das Vergabegsetz novellieren und öffentliche Aufträge (Bau- und Dienstleistungen) an Tariflöhne koppeln will. Die Stärkung der #Tarifbindung erhält durch diesen Anreiz mehr Rückenwind.

Die Niedersächsische Landesregierung hat ihren Entwurf einer Novelle des Tariftreue- und Vergabegesetzes vorgelegt. In Zukunft sollen öffentliche Aufträge nur noch an Betriebe gehen, die ihren Beschäftigten Tariflöhne zahlen. Das #schlaglicht 10/2025 begrüßt diesen Schritt als wichtige Maßnahme zur Stärkung der Tarifbindung und Guter Arbeit.
