Scored some "criadillas" (de la tierra) at the market yesterday from a lady selling them just outside the entrance.
These are "desert truffles" so quite pricey but a lot of work finding them so justified.
Taste and smell wise, pretty innocuous but a nice texture cooked up in olive oil with garlic and eggs.
