Why is TfL not issuing new Zip Oyster cards, how much will cost, and when will it be fixed?
I do hope LLMs won't be used to detect fraud as my experience so far has been that it's trivial to persuade an LLM to respond when it initially refuses.
Last week Copilot wouldn't generate an image for me as I thought I wasn't logged in, when I told it that I was, it proceeded with my request!
(tbf it's never really clear if you are or aren't logged in with Microsoft!)
Anyone else got odd messages in Chinese appeared in their #Anydesk/chat folder ?
Google translate is sketchy but one of the lines:
敪㩮挠湡琧栠慥潹ੵ䴀㩥礠獥䤠愠敨敲
translates to:
The 1980s and 1990s were a time of great upheaval and tragedy.
My guess is the person packaging this app for Debian/Ubuntu didn't clean up very well before rolling this version out!(v6.3.3)
Also, is Anydesk a Chinese app?

Well, this should be interesting! I *think* all the cables and connectors are there, and probably some more I can't even use!
So going back, waaay back, to pre-decimalisation monetary system in the UK, what the hell was that!
iirc, the Shilling was interchangeable with the decimal 5 Pence/pennies/p and £1 remained one Pound, must have been a nightmare during the transition however..
TBH I should have seen that one coming! Borked, had to pull the fuse to shut it down. I feel an aftermarket Android head might be in order...
The 1st part took more than 30 mins, I may not have started the upgrade at this time had I realised the larger part was to follow! Now watching progress bars for the evening! (and it's Patch Tuesday!)
