Went for a run this morning, and I decided to try and make Ugali for the first time. I think I did okay, though it could have been smoother.
Post run lunch of vegetarian chilli and ugali

But seriously, it's supposed to be fun. There's a time and a place to guilt trip yourself into running and a rainy Saturday is not one of them.
I bailed because I woke up in time, felt tired so went back to sleep. Is that a better reason?
