Went for a run this morning, and I decided to try and make Ugali for the first time. I think I did okay, though it could have been smoother.

Easy run at Catford #parkrun. Looks like my scan failed but never mind. It wasn’t a fast time. Ran home as a cool down and that’s my running done for this month. Almost 120km. Wouldn’t have thought it possible 2 months ago.

Did my final long run before The Big Half in two weeks. Now I have to cut back and trust that my training has been enough. 8 weeks of training has given me enough to be close to my 3hr goal, and a target for improvement next year. Took a bus to the start at Woolwich so my run was point to point, and included the race's finish. Parkrun to Half Marathon in 10 weeks? Let's see if it's possible #running #halfmarathon
