I've hinted at this before, but I've decided: I'm getting out of tech. I've been in tech, and in security, for a long time, but it's no longer what it used to be. So I'm running off into the woods, almost literally, as so many in tech want to do.

The amount of big company execs that show very overt disdain for their customers is always baffling to me.
Sometimes I think senior management should largely recruit out of the pool of people that have successfully built a product and shipped it (ex-founders).
So many people with opinions that have never undoubtedly demonstrated the worth of these opinions.
How to piss off your staff in two easy steps:
1) Deny them a payrise.
2) Send them a phishing test email saying that they are getting a payrise after all.
