When you need advanced features, it’s not cheap. Still, I’m glad it’s a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Also, Family Sharing is supported.

@ivory Why is searching in my own posts only finding the most recent posts? When I manually search for "from:aaronk6 search query", I will find much older posts, but not the recent ones. Is this a Mastodon quirk?

Fun fact: Scott Forstall, who was senior vice president of iOS at Apple until 2012 and became known as the face of Apple’s skeuomorphism era, reportedly co-created WordArt during an internship at Microsoft in 1991. Everything makes so much sense now.

At Fusion Festival in 2019, there was this cool installation: 24 CRTs connected together to form a large screen. One of them had crashed, revealing that a bunch of Raspberry Pis were apparently driving it.
