Did a thing today. A bit more distance (10.7 kms) with more elevation gain (175 m), temp was in the high 20s with partial shade during sections in the woods yet it was still too warm. Not my best time but finished! #runnersofmastodon

Just ran my fastest 10kms so far, at the Dreiländerlauf 2025 🇫🇷🇩🇪🇨🇭

00:56:10s an improvement of over 10 mins from my previous DLL 🤩 and 32s from my latest race in early May 😱
