@vfrmedia yes that is so nice. The pandemic is the perfect opportunity to accelerate that shift. We are seeing that happening here in Toronto as well. Baby steps. But the Dutch model is nice. They did it all quickly and made sweeping changes across the city. Forcing people to adapt. This is the opportunity to do this.
The Dutch are undoing the mistakes of their past generations — building highways inside cities. Cities are NOT meant for cars. It’s insane to think that everyone can travel in cars inside a city. When will the rest of the world follow suit?
