As a user and designer of sub 40% ortholinear split ergonomic #mechanicalkeyboard, I often get hit with jokes about how I should just make a 2 key binary keyboard to go ultra minimalist. As I begin studying #morsecode to prep for #pota and my general #hamradio licence I'm realizing they were on to something...

These are seasoned, experienced, and high-ranking organizers making major financial decisions about their lives and futures.

I have an on and off relationship with impostor syndrome.
In my experience the most vulnerable moment when it comes to developing impostor syndrome is starting work on a new project or with a new team.
Everyone knows all the acronyms, projects and internal slang. Newcomers feel out of place and may start thinking that there's something wrong with their knowledge.
At these times it's good to remind yourself that you also have a unique experience, which is different to people in the same room. And this is a very good thing.
