Am back at the local naturist beach. It took 35 min by train and additional 2 hours to cycle there. Now I'm a bit more confident with photos of my #nakedness although I'm still a bit shy. 😁

The beach was nice. It was really relaxing and I feel so free to be allowed to go naked in public. It's exhilarating! The cycling trip was exhausting though but the scenery is worth it. #nakedoutdoors #nakedinnature

There are countless matters of deeper significance to occupy our thoughts than whether or not my #body is adorned with fabric. Modern #Yoga is a flowing sequence of asana, linked together like a pattern or dance, focused on movement & physical exercise.
