I am using #RakuLang #RedORM and have a problem to format a DateTime field to show only the year part. Has anyone an idea.

I try to compile rakudo-2023.09 on:
Linux bananapi 6.1.11-sunxi #23.02.2 SMP Sat Feb 18 05:52:53 UTC 2023 armv7l armv7l armv7l GNU/Linux
and get errors during Configuration
can anybody help?
